Book Your Event

Booking with PDX Balloons has never been easier! Simply fill out our online Booking Inquiry Form!


Once all of the information about your event has been reviewed, we will send you an email either confirming our availability or recommending another entertainer if we are not available for your event!


If we are available for your event, your email will have a contract attached for you to electronically sign and return. Then, we will be booked and ready to go! 


Please be aware that we get extremely busy from Friday to Sunday, so replies may take longer on those days. We recommend you book with us at least 2 weeks before your event date.




A 50% deposit will be due upon signing the contract. This deposit, along with the signed contract, will secure your booking.


We operate on a first-come-first-serve basis. If we do not receive a signed contract and deposit within the first 3 days of our email, your desired time slot will become available for others to book!
